Order Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation by You:
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement, provided the tree hasn’t already been prepared for dispatch or shipped.
Eligible cancellations will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made after the 12-hour window or after dispatch may not be possible, or could incur restocking and shipping charges.
Cancellation by Us:
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to tree unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unforeseen circumstances making delivery impossible.
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Damaged/Dead on Arrival (DOA):
Due to the live nature of our plants, if a tree arrives significantly damaged or dead on arrival (DOA), you must notify us within 12 hours of delivery.
Please provide clear photographic or video evidence showing the damage in the original packaging.
Upon verification, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at our discretion.
Minor stress like leaf yellowing from transit is normal and not considered damage.
No Returns for Change of Mind:
We do not accept returns if you’ve simply changed your mind or if the tree doesn’t meet subjective expectations once size and variety were specified.
Post-Delivery Care:
Once delivered and accepted, the tree’s health and survival become your responsibility. We’re not liable for issues arising from improper planting, watering, extreme weather, pests, diseases, or any other factors beyond our control after successful delivery.
Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
