2. Dispatches happen every 7 days for optimal health.
3. Expect delivery within 3-7 business days from shipment Delivery time may be slightly longer or shorter due to weather and road conditions.
4. Extra delivery charges will apply if you order from Andaban.
5. All seedlings are sent in specialized, protective packaging.
6. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address We are not responsible if you provide the wrong address and the item is delivered to that address.
7. Kindly ensure someone is available to receive your parcel promptly.
8. Inspect your order immediately upon arrival for any issues And if there is a problem with your tree, take videos and photos and send them to us on WhatsApp immediately.
9. Of course, your video must be a video of the packet being opened and it must be a complete video. Send it to us on WhatsApp.
